    • Seated Hamstring Curls
    •   4 sets of 20,16,12,8 reps

    • Squats (Going up in weight)
    •   5 sets of 20,15,12,10,8 reps

    • Iso Standing Leg Curls
    •   4 sets of 15 reps

    • Walking Lunges w/ Barbell
    •   4 sets of across the gym

    • Leg Extensions
    •   4 sets to Failure

    • Leg Press (w/ 10 sec hold at bottom)
    •   10 reps

        9 reps

        8 reps

        7 reps

        6 reps

        5 reps

  • Seated Calves
  •   4 sets of 20 reps
