R1 PROTEIN COOKIES

- 2 scoops of R1 Vanilla Protein or your favorite flavor!
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 6 tablespoons of Coconut Flour
- 2 tablespoons of Sugar Free Syrup
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees
2. Mix ingredients and divide into equal parts (recipe makes about 4 cookies or one huge one)
3. Lay out greased cookie sheet
4. Cook for 10 minutes and enjoy!
