
R1 PROTEIN DONUTS
Ingredients:
(serves 6)
- 2 Cups of Kodiak Cakes
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup of Water
- 1/2 Cup of Almond Milk
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup of Stevia
(Icing Ingredients)
- 1 Scoop R1 Protein - Chocolate Fudge
- 2 Tablespoons of PB Fit
- 1/3 Cup of Water
- Add Almond Milk to Form Icing
Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Mix donut ingredients together in large bowl
3. Spray donut pan with pam or any non-stick spray
4. Bake for 7 minutes
5. Add toppings of choice (sprinkles, cereal, nuts, cookie pieces, etc.)
