Convert Your Rewards Points into Discount Codes
How do a spend my Rewards Points?
Click the orange RULE1 Rewards icon in the bottom right corner of the site, and then click the Claim button next to the listing: Convert your RULE1 REWARD POINTS into a discount.



(serves 6)

  • 2 Cups of Kodiak Cakes
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup of Water
  • 1/2 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup of Stevia

(Icing Ingredients)

  • 1 Scoop R1 Protein - Chocolate Fudge
  • 2 Tablespoons of PB Fit
  • 1/3 Cup of Water
  • Add Almond Milk to Form Icing


1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Mix donut ingredients together in large bowl

3. Spray donut pan with pam or any non-stick spray

4. Bake for 7 minutes

5. Add toppings of choice (sprinkles, cereal, nuts, cookie pieces, etc.)

*Approximate Macros for 1 Frosted Donut: 16g of Protein / 22g of Carbs / 3g of Fat*
