Ingredients: (Serves 1)

  • 1 Scoop of R1 Protein
  • 1 Scoop R1 Protein
  • 1/4 Cup Skim Milk
  • 2 Ezekiel Bread 
  • 6 TBS Egg Whites
  • Dash of Cinnamon 
  • 1 TBS Nutella* 
  • 1/2 Banana*


1. Mix eggs, milk & protein in a bowl.

2. Soak bread in the mix & cook in a pan until golden brown

3. Add optional ingredients like cinnamon, bananas or Nutella to kick it up a knotch!

Approximate Macros: 45g of Protein / 32g of Carbs / 2g of Fat

with Nutella and Banana 59g Carbs / 7g fat / 47g Proteins*
