(Serves 12)

  • 5 Scoops of R1 Vanilla Butter Cake Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup of Egg Whites
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup of Apple Sauce
  • ¼ Cup of Coconut Oil
  • ¼ Cup of Almond Milk

For the Icing...

  • ½-¾ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop of R1 Protein

Cupcake Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees 

2. Spray muffin tin with pam or line with muffins liners

3. Mix all ingredients together and fill tin with batter

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes

Icing Instructions:

1. Mix frosting ingredients

2. Put frosting on cooled cupcakes
