Yes. To make great tasting, high-protein overnight oats, follow these simple steps:
1) Remove the snap on lid and inner safety seal.
2) Stir in 2-4 ounces of your favorite milk, diary or plant work equally well. Make sure that you get all the way to the bottom of the cup to avoid leaving any dry pockets when mixing.
3) Re-cover the container with the snap on lid and stick the whole thing in the refrigerator before going to bed.
The mixture will soften overnight as the oats and protein absorb the milk. When you get up in the morning your tasty breakfast will be ready to eat right from the cup. Just give it a quick stir first. If you like your overnight oats warm, place the uncovered cup in the microwave for about 60 seconds before eating. Microwave wattages vary, so monitor during the cooking process to avoid boil-over.
