HOW TO USE IT
R1 Pre-Train is best consumed 30-60 minutes before exercise.
Mix one (1) scoop with 8-10 oz. of cold water 20-30 minutes prior to training. DO NOT exceed one (1) serving in a 24-hour period.
Alternate Suggested Use
Unflavored supplement powders like creatine may be easily added to the above mix.
Stumbled across this because they sell this in my gym. This pre workout was very disappointing, the only thing ive gained from this pre workout was the jitters from the Beta alanine. Also after a couple of weeks the powder and the coloring turned into a nasty brown so i had to throw it out. This has never happen to any of the pre workouts ive bought after this one.Honestly so disappointing because the Rule One Pre aminos in my opinion is way better than the actual pre workout. Don't buy it, wasted my money.
I got the candy apple btw and the taste wasnt bad but who takes these for the taste?

At first I thought maybe it was the flavor hindering the all around experience with this product. However, this is the second flavor I have tried and it is equally as horrible as the first if not worse. The taste is so sweet it's nauseating. Last thing you want before a workout. I've taken plenty of pre workouts and (for me) this one did nothing. I could fall asleep during a workout on this. The nauseating feeling does keep you up though.
This is the best i can't imagine workout without it. The orange burst is sooo good
