Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos
Use retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and sales totals
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise displays
Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and calculations
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
Technical sales experience, particularly in electronics, is a plus
