Rule One Proteins ships via FedEx Ground service. To ensure the safety of your package, all orders being shipped to an apartment complex, WILL REQUIRE a signature to complete delivery.
Our shipper, FedEx, cannot ship to any box-type address including PO/APO/FPO. Any orders placed with these addresses will not be accepted.
Ruleoneproteins.com only ships to locations within the continental United States (contiguous 48 states). We are unable to fulfill any orders to reshipment facilities.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. We cannot cancel any order that has been shipped.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Rule One Proteins may accept returns of products purchased directly from ruleoneproteins.com when all of the following conditions are met:
The product was delivered within the last 15 days.
The product is unopened, the seal is intact, and in its original packaging.
You have the packing slip, order confirmation, or proof of purchase from ruleoneproteins.com.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Once we receive your return and determine it meets all the requirements (see Return Policy), all reimbursements will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase.
Rule One Proteins reserves the right to change or amend this policy at any time, as well as the right to fully investigate any claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.

Apparel, Promo Items, & Samples
All apparel, free promotional items, and samples are final sale. If you received any promotional items, we cannot offer a replacement or exchange.
Retailers & Amazon
We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers. Please review the return policy for the store the product was purchased from. For all orders originating from Amazon, please reach out to Amazon Customer Service at 1-866-216-1072.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
Chargebacks will not be taken lightly. Repeat offenders will be subject to being put on our “no-sell” list.
