What is the difference between a weight gainer and a lean gainer?
Weight gainers are designed for maximum size. Lean gainers contain fewer calories, but provide as much or more protein as weight gainers. Weight gainers are suggested for "hardgainers" with smaller appetites and/or faster metabolisms. Lean gainers tend to be used by athletes that already have a good base and are looking to add size more gradually. Pound for pound, lean gainers are more expensive than weight gainers.
What is the best way to use R1 Gain?
R1 Gain should be combined with a balanced diet and exercise. Use R1 Gain in place of one or more of your daily protein shakes for extra calories. The complex carbs in R1 Gain also help refeed glycogen stores after workouts.
How does R1 Gain differ from R1 LBS?
R1 Gain is higher in protein and contains fewer calories and carbohydrates than R1 LBS. R1 Gain is considered a lean gainer. R1 LBS is a traditional weight gainer with over 1,000 calories.

    THE BEST EVER!!!!

Posted by Nikolai on Aug 24th 2018

Ok so I’ve been using it for the past couple of months and by far this is the best mass gainer ever. Low sugar, high quality protein and fairly low sodium. I eat about 3000 calories a day and the 500 calories from this gainer has really helped me to them GAINZZZ. Honestly the price is worth it.

    Very effective

I had struggled with finding a protein powder not loaded with lots of carbs and sugar. I've used those types in the past and a lot of the gains was just as much fat as muscle. R1 Gain is the protein powder I had been looking for.

It's clean, easy to drink. Has a good ratio of protein compared to carbs. I've gained at least five pounds of muscle since taking it.

    Rule 1 Protein

    Posted by De’Shawn on Jul 30th 2018

By far the best protein I’ve taken and I’ve taken my fair share. It’s smooth and not clumpy when you mix it. Taste amazing with milk but it taste good with water and I’ve never said that about any other protein. Gains are definitely showing. Very high quality.
