What is the difference between a weight gainer and a lean gainer?
Weight gainers are designed for maximum size. Lean gainers contain fewer calories, but provide as much or more protein as weight gainers. Weight gainers are suggested for "hardgainers" with smaller appetites and/or faster metabolisms. Lean gainers tend to be used by athletes that already have a good base and are looking to add size more gradually. Pound for pound, lean gainers are more expensive than weight gainers.
What is the best way to use R1 LBS?
R1 LBS should be combined with a high-calorie diet and exercise. Do not use R1 LBS in place of meals; add R1 LBS to the food you normally eat for extra calories to help pack on mass.
How does R1 LBS differ from R1 Gain?
R1 LBS is a higher calorie (1000 kcal, 40 g protein) weight gainer. R1 Gain is a higher protein (50 g, 530 kcal) lean gainer.

This is one of, if the not the best gainer I’ve used. It’s got just enough calories to put me over the edge in a surplus to make gains easier.
    Great tasting supplement!

I started using Rule 1 from Kylea Health, then from Amazon & now from Rule 1's very own site. I guess you might call me a "groupie".
