2) Click Create Account under the Sign In button

Rewards points are currency at ruleoneproteins.com. Use your points alone, or in conjunction with other forms of payment, to buy protein powders, workout supplements, and R1 gear. If it’s on our website, your points can help purchase it.

You should be able to see the number of points you have if you are logged into your R1 account by going to your dashboard under the R1 Rewards tab. The point balance is listed under Your R1 Rewards Points.

The number of points needed to purchase an item is shown next to the price in dollars on the product page you are interested in purchasing. If you are logged into your account and you have enough points to redeem them for the product, then you will see an icon to the right of the Add to Cart button on the product page. It will say "Buy with Rewards Points" and the price difference will be reflected at checkout once clicked.

**Points cannot be applied to an order after checkout.

If you feel that you are missing points from an order or that an error has occurred on your R1 Rewards Account, please email support@ruleoneproteins.com with your account email and name.

That link will send an email to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
