Returns usually take at least 7-10 business days to process from the time of receiving the return.
Rule One Proteins does not accept exchanges. If you would like to return a product, please see our return policy.

We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers. Please review the return policy for the store the product was purchased from. For all orders originating from Amazon, please reach out to Amazon Customer Service at 1-866-216-1072.
Order Assistance & Shipping
We are unable to make large modifications to orders once placed. If you notice an error or wish to change something within your order, please email support@ruleoneproteins.com with your order number immediately. Once your order ships, it may not be canceled or adjusted.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. We cannot cancel or alter any order that has been shipped. Email support@ruleoneproteins.com with your order number and reason for canceling your order.

You can track your order by clicking the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If your tracking status is unknown, please email support@ruleoneproteins.com for an update.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product(s), please email a photo of what you received and your order number to support@ruleoneproteins.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.

As long as FedEx hasn’t attempted the delivery more than 3 times, you still have a chance to correct the delivery. We recommend using the FedEx delivery manager option on your tracking number web page. With the FedEx delivery manager, you can either reroute the package to a local FedEx, schedule a different delivery time, or sometimes pre sign for your package.
Due to New York's new legislation A5610/S5823, it requires us to verify that all NY customers are at least 18 years of age. You will need to verify from your purchase and at time of delivery using a valid ID.
During the months of November and December, you may experience shipping delays due to the holidays, influx of orders, and shipping carriers requiring additional time to get you your package.

Our current flat rate shipping fee is $9.99. However, if you spend $100 or more (after discounts), your order ships free.
Ruleoneproteins.com only ships to locations within the continental United States (contiguous 48 states). We are unable to fulfill any orders to any box-type addresses including PO/APO/FPO or reshipment facilities. If you have any questions on how to locate a retailer that carries Rule One in your country, please email support@ruleoneproteins.com.

You should be able to see the number of points you have if you are logged into your R1 account by going to your dashboard under the R1 Rewards tab. The point balance is listed under Your R1 Rewards Points.
The number of points needed to purchase an item is shown next to the price in dollars on the product page you are interested in purchasing. If you are logged into your account and you have enough points to redeem them for the product, then you will see an icon to the right of the Add to Cart button on the product page. It will say Buy with Rewards Points and the price difference will be reflected at checkout once clicked.
**Points cannot be applied to an order after checkout.
Billing, Coupons & Payment
Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to review your past orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please email support@ruleoneproteins.com.

After adding items to your cart, click the Cart button at the top right hand side of our site to review your order. Then click the Checkout link at the bottom under the subtotal. This will take you to a web page that lets you enter your shipping information and a coupon code. From there, you can complete your order.
Only one coupon code per order is permitted.
If you purchase from Rule One Proteins retailers, we do not offer price adjustments to match these outside prices.
If you purchase from ruleoneproteins.com and forget to use a valid coupon code within 24 hours of placing your order, please email support@ruleoneproteins.com with your order number immediately.
If you purchase from ruleoneproteins.com 24 hours prior to a promotion start date and your order applies, please email support@ruleoneproteins.com with your order number immediately.
Our Products
Individual samples of specific flavors are not available for sale. However, we understand everyone has different tastes and instead offer a variety of sample pack kits for sale on our website for certain products in a variety of select flavors.
