So creamy…it can’t be good for you, but it IS

I am a trainer, Boot Camp coach, and fight instructor, and I have tried so many Protein powders. None compare to Rule One Source 7. Most proteins are gritty, chalky, or too watery. Gross! But Rule One Source 7 is creamy, and really like an actual milkshake, but delivers high-quality protein for anyone working to build muscle and fuel their body properly. I love anything chocolate so that’s the flavor I’ve been using for a couple of months, but perhaps I will branch out and try other flavors soon. Totally recommend, and will continue using.

They all taste great! (Pistachio, S'mores, Cookies & Cream....oh and limited edition Pumpkin Spice).....and mix so easily!!!

Flavor is unmatched!

I ordered the Salted Caramel Whey Protein and this flavor was SPOT ON!! Easily digestible is also a major key and this one was GREAT! Will definitely be purchasing again!
