HOW TO USE IT
R1 Plant Protein™ is best used after workouts for recovery, between meals as a high-protein snack, or at bedtime.
Mixing Directions Drop one (1) heaping scoop of R1 Plant Protein™ into 8-10 oz. of water, plant milk, or fruit juice in a shaker cup or large glass. Shake or stir it up!

I love using the vanilla crème for my smoothies and the chocolate fudge for my on-the-go shake mixed with almond milk! It tastes great and i personally like how it mixes (i use a little extra almond milk). I always add at least 2 containers to my monthly order!
