ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Provides detail oriented administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Customer service duties including responding to emails/telephone calls.
- Schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Order entry and invoicing for E-Commerce, International and Domestic Sales.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLER
- Generate and send out invoices Reconcile and post ACH, check and credit card payments to customer accounts daily
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance
