SR. STAFF ACCOUNTANT

  • Direct, monitor and execute the daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and inventory accounting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
  • Perform month-end, quarter-end and annual closings
  • Manage payroll and the human resources function
  • Manage cash flow, prepare budgets and forecasts

BRAND MANAGER

  • Leading internal marketing and design resources to ensure timely delivery of agreed projects/tactics
  • Concepting promotional pieces such as flyers, coupons, catalogs, product literature, and print advertising campaigns
  • Copywriting and proofreading
  • Constructing and delivering PowerPoint presentations

MARKETING COORDINATOR

  • Manage/expand current athlete program and influencer programs
  • Assist in scheduling product demos for customers
  • Oversee marketing calendars for new products, promotions, e-commerce sales, etc.
  • Plan and work various trade shows
  • Working independently and in collaborative teams to manage projects effectively and within approved budgets
  • Building and managing relationships with vendors – acting as a primary contact for feedback, requesting samples & quotations, etc.

INTERNATIONAL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

  • Effectively identify new business opportunities including new markets, customers and areas of growth.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with existing key customer accounts.
  • MGenerate leads and cold call prospective customers to close new accounts.
  • Assist in planning and working various trade shows.

SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGNER

  • Developing effective content, promotion, engagement, and conversion strategies
  • Managing day-to-day social media activities
  • Videography: Conceptualize, capture, edit, and publish video content
  • Attending and representing the Rule One brand at trade events

ACCOUNT MANAGER & SALES REPRESENTATIVE

  • Manage all current accounts within assigned territory and increase sales
  • Prospect and close new accounts within territory
  • Assist in planning and working various trade shows
  • Working independently and in collaborative teams to manage projects effectively

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

  • Conceptualizing and creating visuals, designs, logos, icons, renderings, and illustrations for product packaging, digital assets, print advertisements, billboards, signage, catalogs, flyers, branded gear/swag, trade shows & events, corporate identity, etc
  • Successfully executing creative materials from concept through production, including end-to-end file preparation and final press checks
  • Working independently and in collaborative teams to manage projects effectively and within approved budgets
  • Building and managing relationships with print vendors – acting as a primary contact for feedback, requesting samples & quotations, evaluating colors & substrates, etc.
