Energized Cognition is best taken 20-30 minutes before any serious mental or physical challenge but is also great whenever you need an energy and focus boost.^

Mixing Directions

Great for pre workout!

I've been using it 30 minutes before I train at 5am Monday through Friday. I stay very focused during my workouts, push through my hard sets, and even have enough energy to get through cardio at the end. I like it so much I bought the other flavor so I can keep using it.

Does the job

Really helps me out stay alert and focus and up energy for couple hours does the job then most energy drink and I'm a big person so I get tired quick and this product has help me stay up and alert and the flavor is not strong nor has the jiggter taste or feeling taste a lil sweet but awesome
