HOW TO USE IT

Anytime With Meals

Creatine is best taken with a meal or after your workout. 

Mixing Directions 

Mix one (1) scoop with 8-12 oz. of any cold beverage or protein powder and consume after training. 

Alternate Suggested Use

Creatine loading: Consume 20g creatine daily for 5 days to accelerate muscle saturation. Then reduce daily dosage to 5g for maintenance.

Nice work, but…

I really like the product, h
It has a great flavor, and it gets the job done; however, I could really live without the flavor. For a start, I can handle the raw creatine flavor when diluted over 24oz of water, and for the more important note, the flavoring lingers whenever I refill the bottle or try to mix anything else in it, the fruity punch flavoring lingers and impacts the enjoyability of my other products (R1 or otherwise) negatively.

Best Creatine on the Market.

Rule 1 has the best products on the market. I use Creatine and EAAs every morning during my morning training and the wifes uses the Collagen Protein with her greek yogurt. Rule 1 has become a regular part of our morning routines.

Bring back the unflavored creatine

Would have been 5 stars if unflavored was actually an option for when I purchased it. I have the raspberry flavor and it still mixed well with my other flavored drinks but the unflavored one would be better
