    Bcaa flavor

I got the BCAA’s in pineapple which sounded really great. The flavor wasn’t quite what I expected, but was still very good. The mixability of the aminos was great and overall really happy with them!

    BCAAs-Blue Raspberry

Posted by Kristin Thompson on Aug 11th 2017

So here's the deal. I've been a workout junkie for over a decade and I've tried a LOT of BCAAs. This one surpasses all the other ones I've tried. The flavor is like cotton candy meets blue raspberry in a happy scoop. It dissolves immediately. I keep it in my car and just scoop it in my waterbottle before I head in the gym and it couldn't be easier. Recovery time is shorter, the flavor is good (even when your squats get to that sweet puking point), and the price is spot-on.

It's this kind of product quality that keeps me coming back to Rule 1 for my supplements.
