Collagen Peptides can be used any time. Simply add a scoop or two to any of your favorite hot or cold beverages, liquids like soups or sauces, or semi-solid foods including oatmeal, puddings, or stews. 

Mixing Directions 

Mix one (1) or two (2) scoops into 8-12 oz. of your favorite hot or cold beverage and stir until completely dissolved.

Great product, but Why can’t be used for woman who try to get pregnant?

I’m curious why can’t collagen peptides be consumed by women who try to get pregnant? What I know that collagen peptides is good for over all health and especially for people who try to conceive.

Part 2 - thicker hair

In April of 2021 I wrote about my thinning hair and using the Collagen Peptides. Here it is 1 yr & 2 months later and I couldn’t be happier with the new thickness my hair has grown. It is how it when I was young (66 now). My skin looks so good and healthy. I quit getting injections 2 years ago and am saving $$$$. My nails are still not as strong as I had hoped. I actually tried another brand for 2 days and quickly realized the awful after taste (wasted money). I LOVE RULE 1 because it works and the unflavored has not taste. I put it in my tea (I remove the tea bag). Thank you Rule 1 for creating such a wonderful product.
