HOW TO USE IT

During Workouts

Charged Creatine is best consumed during a serious workout. 

Mixing Directions 

Mix one (1) scoop with 8-12 oz. of cold water and consume before, during, or immediately after training. 

Alternate Suggested Uses 
Take in the morning to jump start the day; around workouts to boost training intensity, hydration, and recovery; before big exams or meetings to increase alertness; and/or in the afternoon to crush midday energy slumps.^

Good day all and here are my reason for reviewing this product and giving it a 10/10.
1. Product packaging and easy to identify.
2. Flavor, oh man when I open the package and my finger went on the power mistakingly and tasting it for the first I was like “my word this Snow Cone taste is just awesome” then I mixed it with cold water I was further blown away by the taste.
3. I decided to take a run this evening and during the run I felt charged, pumped and filled with loads of energy it was unimaginable, and I said to myself finally I found a product that actually works. To make it even better, I beat my personal best time per kilometer. I look forward to more personal best times during my runs and my workouts.
So to all those out there, who are looking for a product that gives you the maximum benefits choose RuleOne Charged Creatine you won’t be disappointed with the energy blend in this product.

I will give my final review on this product when it is all gone, but my first impressions were astounding and one thing about me I am very hard on product reviews because I have very high expectations.
