As long as FedEx hasn’t attempted the delivery more than 3 times, you still have a chance to correct the delivery. With the FedEx delivery manager, you can either reroute the package to a local FedEx, schedule a different delivery time, or sometimes pre sign for your package.

Due to New York's new legislation A5610/S5823, it requires us to verify that all NY customers are at least 18 years of age. You will need to verify from your purchase and at time of delivery using a valid ID.

During the months of November and December, you may experience shipping delays due to the holidays, influx of orders, and shipping carriers requiring additional time to get you your package.
