HOW TO USE IT
R1 Mass Gainer should be combined with a high-calorie diet and weight training or other high-intensity exercise. Use R1 Mass Gainer in conjunction with the food you normally eat for additional daily calories. Do not use R1 Mass Gainer in place of meals.
Add two (2) heaping scoops of Mass Gainer with 20-24 oz. of water, or milk, in a shaker cup or blender and mix it up!
Mix in a blender, add your favorite fruit, a tablespoon of peanut or tree nut butter, and ice to the above, mix, and enjoy a protein-fortified smoothie! I recently bought the this in Dubai and omg it's disturbing. I bought the vanilla flavour because it's all they had and it Too SWEET.. I suger content it high Af. And it doesn't blend with water or milk either.. Tried adding some fruits at one point.. Felt like I was taking an extremely sweet shake. No

Protein tastes great and I appreciate the free samples but my scoop was broken that was sent.
So if you’re trying to gain more muscle mass/weight but you’re struggling getting all your calories from meals get this it worked for me! I usually take it after my workout, blending it with fruits and almond milk. Let me tell you this if you consistently take it you’ll see results in no time! It doesn’t even make me feel bloated like most gainers do and I’ve been taking this this for a year now and it’s my absolute fav!
