Before/During Workouts

Citrulline is best consumed before or during workouts.

Mixing Directions 
Mix one (1) scoop with 8-12 oz. of your favorite cold beverage or liquid workout supplement. Consume before or during training.

New look and new products are fire!!

As soon as I got my hands on the new products, I had to immediately try the Cognition supplement and I had a feeling it would be my favorite. Everything about the supplement is amazing. From the ingredients, to the flavor, and the level of concentration and productivity that it helped me achieve. This for sure will be a staple for those busy days when I need a boost to focus at work and the gym.

I also really enjoyed adding Citrulline to my daily supplement regimen. I took it before going to the gym with my creatine and glutamine and the pump was amazing. Next time I will combine this product with the Pump product to get a jucier pump if that's even possible :)
