HOW TO USE IT
Anytime
BCAAs is best taken in the morning, during or after workouts, and/or at bedtime.
Mixing Directions
Mix one (1) scoop with 8-12 oz. of cold water and consume before, during, or after training.

BCAA ALL DAY
I use the BCAA in my water all day long. I use 1 scoop per 20oz of water and it tastes great. Why drink plain water when you can just add some R1.
Good stuff
I’m disabled and don’t drink enough water. I drank these before my accident and now I drink them all day long every day.
Great product. Great brand.
Helps me recover faster. But I enjoy rule one products for their flavors. I like the fast delivery as well normally get it by the second day if not the next. The points for the free products is the cherry on top.
