HOW TO USE IT

During Workouts

Charged Creatine is best consumed during a serious workout. 

Mixing Directions 

Mix one (1) scoop with 8-12 oz. of cold water and consume before, during, or immediately after training. 

Alternate Suggested Uses 
Take in the morning to jump start the day; around workouts to boost training intensity, hydration, and recovery; before big exams or meetings to increase alertness; and/or in the afternoon to crush midday energy slumps.^
