HOW TO USE IT

After Workouts

R1 Whey Blend supports growth and recovery any time but is most effective consumed immediately after workouts.

Mixing Directions 

Simply drop one (1) scoop of easy-mixing R1 Whey Blend powder into 8 oz. of cold water in a shaker or 16 oz. glass. Shake or stir it up! Set your blender on high to make it extra smooth.

Just Love It

After so many years and so many whey brands of vanilla …RULE1 Vanilla Ice Cream nailed the flavor. Not to mention the Protein per serving (24g) and ability to mix easily. Just another reason why RULE 1 is MY favorite nutritional brand.

Bananas

Banana seems like a hard flavor to get right but the frozen banana is the best I've tasted. Obviously macros are on point but to sip a protein shake and enjoy the flavor is sometimes rare. Spot on!

The vanilla ice cream and lightly salted caramel flavor whey blend are amazing! It is in my opinion the best combo of quality, taste, texture, safety, and effectiveness for any whey protein powder I have used to date and it's been almost 2 years since I tried this product. No looking back since. Do not change what aint broken as they say. An all-round superb product.
